Success Stories
Here are a few examples of the successes that
Info-Files has achieved.

1. International high-tech company considering
an acquisition of an Israeli start-up company
  The "pre-due diligence" examination performed
on the target company, which included manager
assessments, company background checks and
data validation, showed that the information given
to the international company was imprecise.
Further investigation uncovered that one of the
managers of the start-up company had been
involved in failed financial ventures. As a
result of our recommendation, the acquisition
was shelved. A short time later, the start-up
company disappeared from the business landscape.

2. A financial institution considered recruiting an
expert in Far East stock market investments
The financial institution knew that the high-
exposure position was critical to the success
of the Far East market. A flawed candidate
history or poor performance could cause
significant damage. Info-Files performed an
in-depth investigation of the candidate, which
included conducting a detailed personal
interview, gathering opinions from sources not
cited by the candidate, and performing other
technical examinations relevant to the
candidate's reliability. The recommendation
was made to accept the candidate for
the position, and the individual proved to
be a professional and personal success.

3. A broad-scope inheritance claim examination
for a large well-known international law firm
The objective was to examine the claims of
two separate individuals who both claimed
sole rights over international inheritance
assets. The examination that took place
without the knowledge of the claimants
showed that one of the parties was a
swindler who had no connection to the
testator. It was proven that the second
claimant was the true heir and was entitled
to be appointed as a legal heir.

4. A business development government authority
was in dispute with a prominent company regarding
use of aid and content of business reports
With the aid of Info-Files' system for gathering
and evaluating information, the government
authority was able to prove that the business
development funding was not used as intended.
The company was required to reimburse the
government a significant sum of money.

5. A large corporation in Eastern Europe, operating
hundreds of consumption products stores, was a
victim of robberies and thefts costing the corporation
millions of dollars in damages each year.
Our experts did a comprehensive security survey
which lasted a few weeks and recommended an
upgrading in security measures in the stores,
warehouses and the corporation headquarters.
After implementing the recommendations the
corporation losses had decreased considerably.
